How to Pick Up Your Order
The pickup process is easy when you order with us. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Then simply follow these 3 easy steps to pick up your online order:
STEP 1
Park Your Car
Follow the signs to the reserved order pick-up parking space
Step 2
Enter the Garage
Enter the garage through the side entrance and locate the black fridge/freezer marked “Order Pick-Up”
Step 3
Find Your Bag
Look for the bag with your name on it that contains your ordered items (be sure to check both the fridge and the freezer if you ordered thawed and frozen items.
