Pea microgreens have a sweet taste, just like a sweet pea. They are one of the hardiest microgreens and last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. They are great as a salad and also make a wonderful addition to smoothies and sandwiches.

Pea microgreens are high in vitamin K which promotes blood clotting and a health bone metabolism, as well as vitamin C which helps with the development and repair of all body tissues.

100% Pasture Raised

The animals at Stone Pillar Farm are 100% pasture raised. They get a significant portion of their food from organic grass grown in a pasture. This grass is never treated with synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Pastured livestock and poultry are moved frequently onto fresh green grass, which provides landscape healing and nutritional superiority.
