These tender young onions add a fresh, mild onion flavor to just about everything — eggs, tacos, stir fry, salads, soups, grilled meats, potato dishes, and more. Both the white and green portions are edible.

Our scallions are grown right here at Stone Pillar Farm without synthetic sprays and harvested fresh for the weekend.

The animals at Stone Pillar Farm are 100% pasture raised. They get a significant portion of their food from organic grass grown in a pasture. This grass is never treated with synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Pastured livestock and poultry are moved frequently onto fresh green grass, which provides landscape healing and nutritional superiority.
