Muir is a crisp, sweet green leaf lettuce bred to thrive in the heat of summer. Unlike many lettuces that become bitter as temperatures rise, Muir stays tender, mild, and flavorful. It's perfect for fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, or burgers. Grown using regenerative farming practices without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, this lettuce is harvested fresh from our garden for maximum flavor and nutrition.

100% Pasture Raised

The animals at Stone Pillar Farm are 100% pasture raised. They get a significant portion of their food from organic grass grown in a pasture. This grass is never treated with synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Pastured livestock and poultry are moved frequently onto fresh green grass, which provides landscape healing and nutritional superiority.
